( ForUm ) - Suzanna is dismissed from office of judge of the CCU for oath treason, according to the Constitution of Ukraine.
The President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko signed this decree on May 1.
On April 30 the President also dismissed Valery Pshenychny the judge of CCU for oath treason.
Stannyk and Pshenychny were the deputies chairman of the CCU.
