President Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory letter to his Jibutian counterpart Ismail Omar Gullah, on the occasion of the national holiday вЂ" the Independence Day of Jibuti.
In the letter, President ALiyev expressed his confidence in the furthering of friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Jibuti.
Jibuti is a tiny state in the north-eastern part of Africa. The country won its independence from France more than three decades ago.
