Returning of controlled grounds to Azerbaijan shall be discussed in line with other issues, said Armenian FM Vardan Oskanyan in an interview to Armenian Kentron TV channel.
The package to discuss consists of numerous elements and we shall find a right balance for the issues we give and issues we receive, - he continued.
