Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend S.Ilhamgizi / A delegation of the US Department of State met with Mazahir PAnahov, the chairman of the Central Elections Commission CEC), on 2 October, CEC said.
During the meeting two sides had exchange of opinions on prospects of cooperation and stated their satisfaction with the level of cooperation. Representatives from the US Department of State offered to hold discussions on the forms of further cooperation.
