Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. S.Agayeva / The President of the Swiss national Council, Christine Egerszegi, will pay an official visit to Azerbaijan. The visit will take place within the framework of the tour to the South Caucasus countries, Elchin Amirbayov, the Azerbaijani ambassador to Switzerland reported on phone.
She will begin her tour from Azerbaijan. The Speaker will discuss issues concerning achievements in mutual understanding, complementary agreements, as well as improvement of bilateral cooperation among countries. The Speaker will visit Azerbaijan by invitation of the Azerbaijani Speaker Oktay Asadov.
Christine Egerszegi will hold a number of meetings in the Azerbaijani Parliament and with representatives of the government.
