Azerbaijan, Baku, 31 January / Trend / The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed a decree to hold a number of events with regards to the integration of the higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan to the European higher educational institutions. According to the decree, Azerbaijan's Ministry of Education and other educational organizations should by 30 March prepare project of State Program for Reforms in Higher Education System of Azerbaijan for 2008-2012. Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry is in charge of holding relevant events to sign international agreements realizing Bologna system in Azerbaijan to realize the integration of the higher educational institutions of Azerbaijan to the European higher educational institutions. The Cabinet of Ministers is in charge of settling the issue arising from the decree.
