Azerbaijani President receives delegation led by FM of Bosnia and Herzegovina

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Wednesday minister of foreign affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Sven Alkalaj and his accompanying delegation, AzerTAj state news agency reported.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Wednesday minister of foreign affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Sven Alkalaj and his accompanying delegation, AzerTAj state news agency reported.

The Head of State underlined the importance of the first visit of Bosnia and Herzegovina's minister to Azerbaijan in terms of development of bilateral relations.

President Ilham Aliyev expressed confidence that the visit will be successful and create good opportunities for development of relations between the two countries.

The Head of State underscored the necessity of expansion of bilateral relationship, adding Azerbaijan is interested in development of it.
President Ilham Aliyev said Azerbaijan and Bosnia and Herzegovina are friendly countries, adding good opportunities were created for development of bilateral economic ties, as well.

Sven Alkalaj, in turn, expressed hope that his first visit to Azerbaijan would serve development of bilateral relationship.
He stressed the necessity of development of relations between Azerbaijan and Bosnia and Herzegovina not only bilaterally, but also within international organizations.

The Minister pointed out political relations between the two countries were at a high level. He also underlined the importance of high-level reciprocal visits in development of bilateral relations.
