Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory letter to President of the Argentine Republic Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner on the occasion of the country's national holiday, Azerbaijani President's official website reported.
"I would like to sincerely congratulate you and the people of Argentina on the occasion of the national holiday of the Argentine Republic - the anniversary of the May Revolution.
I do hope that the development of Azerbaijani-Argentine interstate relations will open up new prospects for the expansion of our relations of friendship and cooperation," the letter says.
President Aliyev wished Fernandez de Kirchner good health and success in his activities, and the people of Argentina tranquility and prosperity.
