BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 22. Turkey is making every effort to continue the Istanbul process between Russia and Ukraine and is ready to organize a dialogue at the level of heads of state, President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan told reporters in Istanbul, Trend reports.
According to him, if the presidents of the two neighboring countries accept the invitation of the Turkish side, the summit may be held in Istanbul.
President Erdogan also expressed hope for progress in the Ukraine-Russia negotiations.
