BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 15. European Union (EU) Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar is on his visit to Azerbaijan, EU Special Representative wrote on his Twitter page, Trend reports.
He noted that he would hold a number of important meetings in Baku.
