“The101th placed where Azerbaijan turned out in the UND Annual Human Development Report does not reflect the current reality, as a report was designed on the base of statistics of previous 2-3 years,” Marko Borsotti, the UNDP Resident Coordinator in Azerbaijan stated. He was commenting on the UNDP report publicized recently.

According to Borsotti, some CIS countries faced with repress, as the results of the last year was designed on the base of new methodologies. Hoever, the statistics does not deny the development of Azerbaijan amid the regress in sime CIS countries,” Borsotti said.

Azerbaijan rank as 101, Armenia вЂ" 83 and Georgia as 90 in the UNDP annual report.
