Baku Prosecutor Office warns President of Barmek Azerbaijan

The Baku Prosecutor Office sent a warning letter to Husseyn Arabul, the President of the Barmek Azerbaijan, due to faults on high-voltage lines dangerous to human life, Trend reports.

The investigation revealed that teenager Hazi Husseynov climbed up the roof of power station 1 of the Yasamal district branch of Barmek Azerbaijan and touched the high-voltage line that led to the death of the boy. Zakir Ayvazov, the engineer of the branch was held answerable on articles 314.2 of CC. The investigation determined the Yasamal district branch violated the rules of installation of electric units.

The preliminary investigation is over. The materials of the criminal case will be sent to court soon.
