Leader of the National Independence Party of Azerbaijan (NIPA) Etibar Mammadov has not responded to my address for private meeting, the NIPA chairman Ali Aliyev told Trend.
It should be noted, Aliyev applied not once to Mammadov for meeting aimed at clearing out the situation formed inside the party.
According to Aliyev, he has even addressed Etibar Mammadov through the media. Ho reply followed so far.
The NIPA chairman noted also, that he will make a tour of the regions till late December.
