Trend S.Agayeva / The Head of the Office of Public Affairs of the US Embassy in Azerbaijan, Jonathan Henick, said that the USA positively assesses the release of 15 British marines from Iran. "We are going to regulate the problem regarding the nuclear program of Iran peacefully and diplomatically and we are not planning an attack against Iran," he said. According to Henick, looking through the history of diplomatic efforts, it is possible to see that they have become intensified. The UN Security Council has passed a number of resolutions regarding Iran, envisaging a number of sanctions. Henick said that the USA expects that Iran will take diplomatic steps to regulate the situation.
