The representation of the World Azerbaijanis Congress (WAC) is opening in Ukraine. WA Press Service officials told Trend this issue had been discussed at the meeting between the WAC Chairman Javad Derekhti and Azerbaijani Ambassador to Ukraine Talat Aliyev.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the interaction in protecting the rights of Azeri diaspora in Ukraine, methods of using WACs experience in this respect and Azeri diasporas integration of social and political life of Ukraine.
During his visit, Derekhti is holding meetings with Ukrainian Prime Minister Victor Yanukovich and Members of Parliament administration of Kiev and Kharkiv.
