Azerbaijan, Baku / corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / The former Deputy Chairman of the Penal System of the Justice Ministry of Azerbaijan, Gulmammad Mammadov, appealed against his sentence.
According to information provided by the Appeal Court, the complaint is being considered by Gazanfar Kerimov. The date of the preparatory hearing has not been confirmed as yet. Together with Mammadov, complaints about this case were made by the former Chief of Incident Control and Trade Base of the Penal Service, former accountants of Base, Rafig Jafarov, Elman Mammadov and others.
