Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / The Chairman of Anti-Torture Committee of Azerbaijan, Elchin Behdudov, said on 19 June that mobile communications will be ceased in the territory of Azerbaijan Closed Gobustan Prison. According to him, special devices will be installed in the territory of prison to prevent the spread of waves of mobile telephones. Behbudov said that the devices do not present threats to the health of people. According to him, relatives of several prisoners illegally bring mobile phones to the prison and it presents a risk factor.
