Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr I. Alizadeh / An Employee Institution will be established in Azerbaijan, the Chairman of the Commission on State Service Issues at the Administration of Azerbaijani President, Bahram Khalilov, reported in Baku.
According to Khalilov, work activities of any state employee are estimated by his director. Regulations have been developed for assessing behaviour. "The regulations exist in international practice. The activities of any state employee should be assessed at the end of each year in order to enable promotion and the elimination of disadvantages in service," Khalilov said.
The process will begin in the near future, according to the Chairman.
