Azerbaijan, Baku / corr Trend К.Zarbaliyeva / The next session of the Plenum of the Azerbaijani Constitution Court was held.
The appeal of Asad Gahramanov and Ilgar Gahramanov for investigation of the corresponding resolution of the Court Collegiums on Civil Cases of the Azerbaijani Supreme Court from 22 December 2005 to the Azerbaijani Republic Constitution and to laws of the country was considered during the session.
The Plenum heard the reports of Rafik Gvaladzeh, the Judge, Suleymanov, the representative of plaintiffs and Judge Aslan Kalbaliyev of the Supreme Court.
The Court considered the resolution of the Supreme Court from 22 December 2005 on the case against Asada and Ilgar Gahramanov out of force, due to discrepancies according to Articles 416, 418.1 and 418.3 of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan and the Constitution of the country.
The case regarding recognition of deals on the purchase and sale of real estate to Firudin Askarov, as well as the requirement to grant him certification, confirming his right to the property.
In compliance with the resolution of the Plenum, it was decided to reconsider the case within the terms stipulated by the Civil Procedural Code.
