BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 14. The number of active taxpayers in Azerbaijan amounted to 683,231 as of April 1 2022 and increased by 2.7 percent by comparison with the beginning of 2022, State Tax Service under the Ministry of the Economy told Trend.
The number of active payers of VAT increased by 3.2 percent for the reporting period and amounted to 35,807, State Tax Service said.
The number of business entities increased by 0.7 percent by comparison with the beginning of the year and amounted to 184,610.
