BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 8. Prices for Baku's private and country houses declined by 18.73 percent in October 2022 compared to the same month of 2021 and increased by 8.64 in comparison with the previous month, Director of the MBA Consulting Group company Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
"The cost of one square meter of private and country houses in October 2022 totaled 742 manat or $436 (against 683 manat or $401 in September 2022 and 913 manat or $537 in October 2022)," he said.
The total volume of offers in the market of private and country houses decreased by 2.91 percent in October 2022 compared to the previous month and increased by 11.92 percent year-on-year (to 1,033).
