BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 28. Türkiye took the first place in the import of Azerbaijani non-oil products according to the results of the first quarter of 2023, the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication of Azerbaijan told Trend.
According to the source, Azerbaijani non-oil exports to Türkiye in the specified period amounted to $339.9 million.
In turn, Russia took the second place among the main importers of the country's non-oil products with an import value of $200.7 million.
At the same time, Azerbaijani non-oil exports to Türkiye increased by 33.2 percent, or $84.7 million compared to the same period in 2022, while to Russia grew by 34.3 percent, or $51.3 million.
Moreover, Georgia ($109.2 million), Switzerland ($29.7 million) and Kazakhstan ($27.6 million) were among the top five importing countries of Azerbaijani non-oil products during the reporting period.
In the accounting period, the export of non-oil products of the country rose by 23.2 percent to $912.2 million compared to the same period last year.
