BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 29. The cost of paid services provided to the population in Baku increased by 19.3 percent to 5.4 billion manat ($3.18 billion) from January through October 2023 year-on-year, Trend reports via the Baku City Statistics Department.
According to data from the Baku City Statistics Department, legal entities offered services to the Baku population for 4.5 billion manat ($2.6 billion) during the reporting period, accounting for 82.8 percent of the total value of services given.
Meanwhile in 2022, the value of paid services given to the Baku population had climbed by 9.1 percent year on year to 5.7 billion manat ($3.3 billion).
According to data from Azerbaijan's State Statistics Committee, the cost of paid services supplied to the population in Azerbaijan increased by eight percent year on year to 9.2 billion manat ($5.4 billion) in 2022.
