Governor of Uzbek capital Tashkent Jakhongir Artikhodjayev met with Mi Enhua, the chairman of Xinjiang Hualing Industry & Trade (Group) Co., in the City Hall of Tashkent, Trend reports via Uzbek media.
Xinjiang Hualing Industry & Trade (Group) Co. owns large retail and wholesale centers in China and covers 26 subsidiaries, employing more than 3,000 people.
At the meeting Artikhodjayev presented the Chinese delegation with projects that may be of potential interest, including investments.
In particular, after the improvement of the coastal territories of the Tashkent's Chirchiq River, it is possible to build a shopping complex, an industrial park, residential complexes and set up green areas.
Also the Chinese side was presented with projects related to construction of a business center in the Yakkasaray district, and the reconstruction of the Chorsu Hotel.
Mi Enhua said that the presented projects aroused great interest, and the proposals will be made following a thorough research.
