Russian largest mobile phone operator, MTS, said on Saturday its chief financial officer Vsevolod Rozanov is leaving his post to run its Indian subsidiary, Shyam Telelink, Reuters reported.
MTS, part of services conglomerate Sistema, said in a statement that Rozanov, who had served as CFO since 2006, will be appointed president and general director of Shyam Telelink, which Sistema acquired last year.
Sistema, controlled by its chairman Vladimir Yevtushenkov, is building a pan-Indian telecom operator on the basis of Shyam Telelink.
