Prices on construction materials in Baku fell by 1.3 percent in February, the Real Estate Market Participants organization reported.
Over the past year, prices on construction materials in Baku fell by 29.7 percent.
The specialists of the organization monitored 38 items and 89 kinds of construction materials. The monitoring showed that last month's prices on 12 items decreased and increased on seven items, while prices on the remaining 70 remained stable.
The share of local construction materials hit 53.9 percent.
In February, prices on fittings decreased by 2.56 percent, pipes by 1.13 percent, glass by 0.53 percent, plastic pipes by 2.12 percent, plastic pipes by 0.37 percent, and insulating materials by 3.45.
In February, prices on iron layers increased by 15.07 percent, zinc layers by 1.78 percent and laminates by 0.87.
