Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhammedov called for permanent and strict control over the quality and timing of construction in the Caspian Avaza, official Turkmen source said.
The International Center for Tourism and Recreation has been recently established and official Ashgabat has created the Avaza free economic zone in order to attract foreign investments.
"It is necessary to maintain high rates of investment projects realization in the energy sector aimed at improving production and quality processing of hydrocarbons," he said at a governmental meeting.
