Kazakhstan, Astana, 19 October / Trend A. Maratov /

Kazakhstan intends to restore the earlier canceled tax benefits for investors, the chairman of the Board of the National Agency for Export and Investment KAZNEX INVEST, Erlan Arinov, told Trend.

"We stand for the restoration of these benefits. The matter is elimination of tax on corporate income, property tax and land tax," Arinov said.

"While developing an updated National Plan, we established a system of indicators, to which the ministries and local agencies, as well as representatives of foreign diplomatic missions, should seek to reach," he said.

By late 2011, Kazakhstan will adopt the updated National Plan to attract investment, which provides for creation of more favorable conditions to facilitate the finance flow to innovation projects.

"The government should examine the updated National Plan on Investments, following which it will enter into force. Approximately, the document will enter into force in December," Arinov said.

Arinov said these steps will create a favorable climate for attracting investments into the country.
