It is necessary to organize and structure grain sector and create a united grain holding company, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev said in his address to the people at the joint meeting of chambers of the parliament of the fifth convocation on Friday.
"I order the government to develop and introduce a mechanism of state support for retail trade, organize and structure the grain industry, create a united holding company without mediators," he said.
Nazarbayev said one should develop and introduce a state system of guaranteeing and loan insurance to reduce risks of private investments in agrarian production.
