Foreigners invest over $19 million in Iran's Qazvin

The foreign investors have made investments in the amount of $19.30 million in Iran's Gazvin province in the first half of the current year (starting from March 21, 2018), the IRNA news agency quoted Deputy Governor of Qazvin province for Economic Affairs Manouchehr Habibi as saying.

He noted that during the mentioned period the investors from France, Turkey and Iraq have made investments in energy, agriculture and industry sectors.

"The target volume of foreign investments approved by a decision of the province’s governorate amounts to $60 million and we try to fulfill it," he said.

The deputy governor noted that 3 foreign investor delegations visited Qazvin province during the mentioned period, and he added that 4 projects with foreign investments were approved in the province during that period.
