Products worth $16.5 billion were exported through the customs of the Hormozgan province in southern Iran last Iranian year (started March 21, 2018), said Khalil Ghasemi, head of Hormozgan Industries, Mining and Trade Organization, Trend reports with reference to IRNA.
He said that 45 million tons of products were exported through the customs of the province.
He added that exports of products increased by 65 percent in terms of value compared to the previous year.
“The products were mainly exported to the UAE, China, India, Oman and Thailand,” he said.
He noted that the main exported products included mainly mineral oils, bitumen, rubber and rubber products, iron, steel, metal stones and copper.
