The Iranian government is expected to submit the budget plan for the new Iranian year (started March 21, 2021) with a reformed structure to the parliament, said the head of Plan and Budget Organization.
"The parliament has announced its readiness to implement reformed structure in the budget plan," said Mohammad Bagher Nobakht, Trend reports citing IRNA.
"The budget plan will be submitted on December 6, it is possible that the reform structure of the budget plan would be approved by the parliament for next Iranian year (started March 21, 2021). Furthermore, the government tries to complete semi-finished projects across the country," he added.
The official has indicated the health care workers would be paid from the emergency budget for fighting Coronavirus.
"Health Ministry will provide a bonus salary to health care staff and we have agreed to finance the budget for this purpose. The payment would not be limited to a specific class of health workers and anyone that has not been paid would be provided for," he noted.
