The number of passenger planes flying over Iran increased by 71 percent during the first five months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through August 22, 2021), compared to the same month last Iranian year, which was reflected in the statistics of Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company (IAC), Trend reports.
According to the statistics, 52,300 planes flew over Iran within the mentioned period, while in the same month last Iranian year, this figure stood at 30,600.
