TEHRAN, Iran, April 18. Iran is reviewing the possible cooperation with Venezuela in mining exploration, said deputy minister of industries, mine, and trade Alireza Peyman Pak, Trend reports citing ILNA.
The deputy minister has gone on to say that a joint mining workgroup is to be formed to exchange experiences and pursue cooperation for the purchase of stones and metals including bauxite, aluminum, alumina powder, and coal from Venezuela.
The official has pointed out Iran had communications with Venezuela's public sectors to launch metal extraction lines and conversion into ingots.
He stressed the importance of signing an official contract to pursue the cooperation and participation of Iran's public and private sectors.
