Azerbaijans Cabinet of Ministers ordered to allot funds for construction of strategic facilities and overpasses from those additionally anticipated in state budget-2006. Governmental officials told Trend the budget forecast adjustment resulted in additional allocation of 271.3mln manat.
The facilities list shall be submitted to the ministries of Economic Development and Finance. Ministry of Finance shall supervise financing of the facilities with cost estimations reviewed and approved for construction.
Here, governmental customers are assigned to use funds correctly and not admit excess expenses.
Ministry of Emergency Response and State Committee for municipal engineering and architecture are assigned to toughen the control over the operations quality and meeting construction standards at cost of additional funds allotted in the budget.
