The Ministry on Taxes has held spot-checks of more than 37,045 points within the large-scale measures on operative tax control.
Facts of breaching of the tax legislation to August 11 have been revealed in 10,700 points, Trend reports referring to the Press Release of the Department of Operative Control of The Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan Republic. As a consequence administrative fines to the sum of 986,480,000 manats have been recovered.
Tax spot-checks are being held in Baku to determine use of cash registers and check-out and giving out of cheques to buyers, and whether rules of payment in cash are observed or not.
