In January-May Azerigaz CJSC (deals with gas distribution in Azerbaijan) got over 2.6 billion cubic meters of gas compared to 2.4 billion cubic meters within the same period of 2008, SOCAR (the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) said.
Azerigaz got roughly 553.2 million cubic meters of gas in May compared to 471 million in January-April 2008.
Totally, Azerigaz got over 5.8 billion cubic meters of gas in 2008 compared to 5.7 billion cubic meters in 2007.
