Uztransgaz's net profit, controlling the activity of transporting and delivering natural gas in Uzbekistan, increased by 18.6 percent up to 1.194 trillion soums in 2010 compared to the same period of the previous year, the company's report said.
According to the report, Uztransgaz's net revenues from selling products in 2010 totaled 4.172 trillion. soums (increased by 35.7 percent), the gross profit from selling products - 2.462 trillion soums (increased by 1.5 times).
According to the official statistics, Uzbekistan increased fuel pumping by main pipelines by 1.3 percent up to 53.7 million tons in 2010 compared to 2009. The turnover of goods through gas pipelines in 2010 decreased by 4.8 percent - up to 28.9 billion ton-kilometers.
As of 2010, Uztransgaz's assets amounted to 9.394 trillion soums (increased by 1.42 times). The long-term assets increased up to 6.364 trillion soums (1.6 times), capital investment - up to 1.006 trillion soums (increased by 23.7 percent), accounts receivable increased up to 1.23 trillion soums (increased by 28.8 percent).
Uztransgaz's authorized capital is formed to the amount of 460.84 billion soums. The state owns 99.31 percent of the stock, the labor collective - 0.69 percent.
