The oil and gas sector of Azerbaijan received 5.9 billion manat ($3.4 billion) of investments in 2020, which is 9.2 percent more compared to 2019, Trend reports referring to the country's State Statistical Committee.
According to the committee, in 2020, the largest amount of investment was recorded in December - 689 million manat ($410.5 million), while the smallest was in April - 358.9 million manat ($211.1 million).
