Iran's Energy Exchange announces products to be on sale on January 17

More than 46,000 tons of hydrocarbon products will be on sale at the Iranian Energy Exchange (IRENEX) on January 17, Trend reports citing the IRENEX.

According to the report, on Jan. 17, the following products will be on sale on domestic floor of the IRENEX:

- Iranian Esfahan Oil Refining Company’s iso recycle, normal pentane, normal hexane products;

- Esfahan Steel Company’s tar;

- Tabriz Petrochemical Company’s heavy distillate, pentane, mazut, liquid nitrogen products;

- Jam Petrochemical Company’s heavy distillate;

- Shazand Petrochemical Company’s heavy distillate;

- Shazand Oil Refining Company’s CSO;

- Persian Gulf Star Oil Company’s solvent 402, butane gas;

- Zagros Petrochemical Company’s methanol;

- Shiraz Petrochemical Company’s methanol;

- Fannavaran Petrochemical Company’s methanol;

- Kaveh Methanol Company’s methanol;

- Shiraz Oil Refining Company’s solvent 404, light and heavy naphtha products;

- Ghadeer Petrochemical Company’s liquid nitrogen;

- Sorena Arka Chemical Medicine Industry Company’s liquid nitrogen products.

“In addition, solvent 402 product of the Iranian Persian Gulf Star Oil Company will be sold on the international floor of the IRENEX,” the report said.

Certain products on IRENEX may become available for sale at a later stage, but they are not listed in the initial release.

According to the report, on Jan. 16, Iranol Oil Company’s light extracts (DAE10) and heavy extracts (DAE40); Tehran Oil Refining Company’s iso recycle; Bandar Abbas Oil Refining Company’s iso recycle and solvent 402 products; Tabriz Petrochemical Company’s iso recycle products were sold on the domestic floor.

Moreover, the Raffinate product of the Iranian Bistoon Petrochemical Company was sold on the international floor.

A total of 6,450 tons of goods worth more than 1 trillion rials (about $3.86 million according to the SANA system) were sold on Jan. 16.
