BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 25. Azerbaijan exported over two million tons of oil and petroleum products to Israel, accounting for 9.27 percent of total Azerbaijani raw material exports from January through November 2023, Trend reports via the State Customs Committee of Azerbaijan.
The data indicates a 4.37-percent (93,990 tons) year-on-year rise.
During the reporting period, Azerbaijani exports of oil and petroleum products to Israel totaled $1.37 billion, representing a 11.94 percent ($187 million) decrease over the same time in 2022.
Azerbaijan exported 24.1 million tons of oil and petroleum products from January through November 2023, a 0.49 percent decline from the same period the previous year (24.3 million tons).
Oil exports exceeded $15 billion in value, which is 17.57 percent, or $3.2 billion less than the total for the same period in 2022.
