The Institute of Control Systems of Azerbaijan’s National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) has prepared a project to study anomalous seismic processes in the country using a system of robust noise monitoring, a source in the institute told Trend Jan. 19.

The project has been submitted to the Azerbaijani government for consideration, and once approved, practical work on its implementation will start, according to the source.

The project implies cooperation with the Caspian and Black Sea countries, where it is envisaged to use stations of robust noise monitoring of anomalous seismic processes (RNM ASP).
