BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 1. Kyrgyzstan from January though July 2022 exported dairy products to Kyrgyzstan worth $15.7 million,Trend reports with reference to the National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the Committee, Kyrgyzstan in the first 7 months of this year supplied the following dairy products to Kazakhstan:
- 6,275 tons of milk and cream worth $6.7 million;
- 5,261 tons of yogurt and kefir ($4.6 million);
- 519 tons of butter in the amount of $2.5 million;
- 526 tons of cheese and cottage cheese ($1.6 million).
Overall, the export of goods from Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan from January through July 2022 increased by 29.5 percent over the same period in 2021 ($209 million) - up to $270.7 million.
