BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, February 28. The net profit of Manas International Airport OJSC in Kyrgyzstan, which operates all airports in the country, amounted to 5.2 billion soms ($58.146 million) in 2023, which is 15 percent higher than 4.5 billion soms ($50.318 million) in 2022, Trend reports.
According to the company, the pre-tax profit reached 5.709 billion soms ($63.837 million) in 2023. The operating profit of the company amounted to 4.727 billion soms ($52.862 million) last year. Revenues from non-operating activities reached 982 million soms ($10.986 million).
Furthermore, income from currency exchange rate differences from currency operations amounted to 348 million soms ($3.891 million) in 2023.
Manas International Airport OJSC operates 11 airports in Kyrgyzstan: 5 international and 6 regional. The international airports are "Manas," "Osh," "Issyk-Kul," "Karakol," and "Batken." The rest are regional airports serving domestic air routes – "Jalal-Abad," "Isfana," "Karavan," "Kazarman," "Naryn," and "Talas."
