BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, June 3. The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Japarov, will visit Belarus on a working trip from June 3–4, Trend reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers reports that Japarov will take part in the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council's regular meeting while there. He also has appointments to visit the "Belagro-2024" international specialized exhibition and take part in the plenary session on "Food Security of the Eurasian Economic Union".
The regular meeting of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council will address more than 10 issues, including the Eurasian Development Bank's efforts to expand trade and economic ties among EAEU member states through investment activities, as well as the annual report of the Eurasian Economic Commission on the state of competition in cross-border markets and measures taken to curb violations of common competition rules in 2023.
