Iranian President Hassan Rouhani will visit Iran’s West Azerbaijan province, governor of the West Azerbaijan province Mohammad Mehdi Shahriari said.
Twenty-seven projects will be commissioned within the Iranian president's visit to the Maku county of West Azerbaijan province, Shahriari added, Trend reports referring to Tasnim News Agency.
He added that the investments worth 4.46 trillion rials (about $106 million) were made in 27 projects.
Shahriari said that a number of sports and scientific projects will be launched during the Iranian president's visit.
The Lake Urmia reconstruction project worth 47 trillion rials (about $1.11 billion) will be launched, he said.
