The Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) offers the following products and goods for August 29:
Oil and petrochemical trading floor: Offers 26,298 tons of various chemicals and 2,508 tons of polymers.
Industrial and minerals trading floor: Offers 4,000 tons of hot rolled steel sheet, 4,000 tons of aluminum ingots and 5 kilograms of gold bullion.
Agriculture floor: Offers 6,400 tons of wheat, 350 tons of sugar and 2,000 kilograms of saffron.
Furthermore, the side market of IME offers 801 tons of metal scrapes.
The IME was founded in 2007. It trades in agricultural, industrial and petrochemical products in spot and futures markets.
There are 70 listed brokerage companies in IME who are members of the exchange licensed by the market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Organization.
