Police in Hanoi arrested a South Korean tourist on charges of killing a travelling companion, dpa reported with reference to the People's Police newspaper.
Lee Hwang Yu, 35, is suspected of killing Bae Cheol Yong, 37, at a Hanoi hotel Friday.
Bae was discovered in his room after apparently being beaten to death with a fire extinguisher, it reported.
