The export of cars from Turkey to China increased by 23.9 percent in January 2021 compared to January 2020, amounting to $4.9 million, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend on Feb. 23.
The export of cars from Turkey to the world markets decreased by five percent in January 2021 compared to January 2020, amounting to $2.3 billion.
The export of cars accounted for 16.8 percent of the country's total export during the reporting period.
Turkey has exported vehicles worth $25.4 billion over the past 12 months (January 2020 - January 2021).
