BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 10. The total number of taxpayers registered in Azerbaijan grew as of November 1, 2022, the State Tax Service told Trend on November 10.
According to the service, this figure amounted to over 1.39 million, up by 6.5 percent on annual basis.
Of the total number of taxpayers, 87.5 percent were individuals, and 12.5 percent - legal entities.
As of November 1 this year, the number of individuals increased by 6.1 percent, while legal entities– by 9.4 percent compared to the period as of November 1, 2021.
Totally, 12,975 commercial organizations and 383 public legal entities were registered in Azerbaijan.
